One of our favorite installations was a simple and useful shadowbox fence project in South St. Louis. The client wanted the backyard to be an inviting space for dinner parties and gatherings. This custom fence features a built-in bench with storage with a planter box integrated into the flat top design. Shadowbox fences are perfect for providing privacy while allowing airflow and light to pass through, creating a more open and airy feel. The alternating board pattern also offers an attractive appearance from both sides, making it an excellent choice for maintaining good neighbor relations. This project enhances the backyard's functionality and aesthetics, blending privacy, style, and practicality seamlessly.
